Week 35.....well 34 weeks, 3 days to be exact!!!!!!

So just a quick update about everything going on with "big daddy" Kyler!!! We went for our 35 week appointment today and everything was PERFECT!! We have been blessed with really good doctors appointments and today was no exception. My BP was doing great, and Kylers ultrasound and nonstress test went really well. He is now up to 6 lbs. 6 oz. (hence the name big daddy). Thats alot of weight considering last week he was only 5lbs. 10 oz.!!!! He is still breech, so if nothing changes than Kyler will make his debut via C-section. He is basically folded in half across my belly and seems to be quite comfy just like he is.

We were sooooo excited to finally receive the last piece to Kylers room. I ordered it FOREVER ago and thought he would be here before the nursery was finished.

So here it is........................HOW CUTE!! I will put up pics of the entire nursery when we finally get all the "stuff" put away.

I just LOVE it and think it goes perfect
in his cowboy room!!!
On another note, Lee leaves for his annual turkey hunting trip to Brentons house in Missouri. Therefore, that means Mom and Dad will be taking turns coming down here and staying with me while he is gone. I dont guess I should stay by myself at 35 weeks prego...haha. By the end of the night I cant hardly walk by myself so I guess its best that someone "babysits" me. We are also heading to Pickwick Friday night for Mom and Dad to work on stuff and get the boat out. I guess this will be my last trip on the pontoon before Kyler arrives :)
Also, we just found out that my twin sis Amy and her husband Brandon are expecting a baby on Christmas Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so excited for them!!!! Now I get to "support" Amy as she endures all the "joys" of pregnancy. Good luck Ame!!

Sorry so long since last post......

Its been a while since I last posted and lots has happpened, so here goes. Marshie, Pam and Kati threw me another awesome shower and we got a TON of good stuff!!!! Kyler's room is overloaded with things and we are fixing to start tackling the unpacking process this weekend. There are lots of clothes and blankets to wash and boxes to unpack. Last Sunday, on Easter, the whole family came down to our house for a fish fry and we had lots of fun. Our little house was packed with everybody watching the Masters and watching Brett, Brad and Nicholas hunt eggs in the rain. It was really yucky outsise, but that didnt stop the boys from trying to find all the eggs to see who would get the most money.

Fast forward to this weekend......we are babysitting cousin Tessie this weekend. She is Amy and Brandons 2 year old lab and Swayze and her have a BLAST together. It is really nice for Swayze to not have to have my undivided attention and have a buddy to play with. She is about ten times bigger than him, but he loves every minute of playing with her :)

Kyler was doing great at last weeks appointment and is up to 5 pounds!!!!! We had to do our nonstress test twice because during the first one he was in a sleep cycle and the readings were not like Dr. Tom wanted them to be. This made me kind of nervous and made my BP skyrocket, but after seeing Dr. Tom and lying down for five minutes my BP went right down which is a huge blessing. I pray every night that it will continue to stay under control for the next few weeks til he gets here. We go back this Tuesday to see how much "big daddy" has grown and I will give yall another update then. Tommorrow starts week 34, so only a little while longer!!!!!!!!! We cannot wait for him to get here and meet him!!!

Me and sissy during Easter!!
Lexi, Nicholas and Elli at my shower!!! Three out of the
four cutest kids I know :) I LOVE THEM!!!
Opening presents!!!!

Me and the hostesses....Pam, Marshie, myself and Kati.
Kati is expecting baby boy Colt in August, I am sure he
and Kyler will ride bulls together one of these days :)

Shower Time!!!!

I have had LOTS of request for pics of the nursery and I finally took one to put up. We still have quite a few things to do to get ready for Kylers arrival, but this is "phase one". Since we lost our "guest" room, we have put a twin bed in there in case someone needs to crash for the night!! Of course, his room is all cowboy with a little Ole Miss thrown in. Ill post more pics on a few weeks when we get all the decorating completed.

It is hard to believe that Kyler is going to be here so soon that I have already had my first shower!!!!! My best friend Heather and her mother Dene threw us an incredible shower this past Sunday and it was wonderful. We had so much fun and got an overwhelming amount of presents. We are so lucky to have such great family and friends to celebrate with during this new phase in our life!!
I look like "Large Marge" in this picture, but it is the only one
in my camera of my two favorite people and I. I am hoping it is just the
camera angle that makes me look so big....haha!!
Me, Amy, Heather and Lilly Ann "sissy"

I LOVED this cupcake cake!!!! Isnt it too cute??

This is an aftermath picture of the shower. His room is
packed with more presents than you can imagine and he
has a drawer full of Ole Miss stuff, which makes his Daddy so proud!!
Just a little Kyler update......we had our weekly appointment on Tuesday and Big Daddy Kyler had gained 14 ounces in one week!!!!! Krista, the ultrasound tech, took the measurements twice to make sure she was right. I guess he is just gonna be a big ole' boy. Everything is looking good and Kyler is right on track!! My BP was a little high, but Dr. Tom says this is normal towards the end of pregnancy. Continue to pray that my BP stays down until the end. If everything stays normal and looks good then I should be working up until Kylers arrival!!!
